Valentina Pavlou
My professional background
I joined Attwaters Jameson Hill in June 2024 as a Paralegal in the Lease Extension and Enfranchisement department. Prior to this, I earned my law degrees (LLB and LPC LLM) from the University of Hertfordshire and went on to become a Legal Assistant at Lee Valley Parks Authority.
My favourite part of my role is the variety of the work we do as well as the impact of the work. Lease enfranchisement is a complex area of the law and the support we offer to leaseholders and freeholders can be truly transformative. I also enjoy being part of a team and the diverse range of career growth opportunities on offer.
Accreditations and achievements
I sit on the committee of the Hertfordshire Junior Lawyers Division.
About me
I was born and raised in North London and have a Greek Cypriot father and a Moldavian mother. I also have five sisters and a brother!
If I had to pick a favourite food, I’d go for a tuna melt washed down with a vanilla latte. I enjoy hiking, bookshops and travel. However, I hate not being able to touch the ground when I’m swimming in the sea – it’s a phobia of mine!
My childhood dream job was actually become a lawyer, so I’m well on track! If I was stuck on a desert island, my ideal companion would be my partner, Mitchell.
