My Professional Background

I joined Attwaters Jameson Hill in November 2022. I am a Solicitor in the Wills, Trusts & Probate team. I have experience of a wide range of private client matters, including dealing with probate and the administration of estates, providing inheritance tax advice, and preparing wills and lasting powers of attorney. The aspects of my role that I most enjoy are working with people and helping to find solutions to problems.  My job often involves supporting clients during difficult times and I find this very rewarding.

I studied Classics at Pembroke College, University of Cambridge and graduated in 2008 before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Bloomsbury.  I undertook my training contract at a firm in London and qualified in 2015. I worked for 6 years at a large regional firm in East Anglia and a well-established private client practice in Essex.

Achievements / Accreditations

Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), after completing the STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates.

About me

I grew up in London and now live in Epping, Essex with my fiancé and our cat. I particularly enjoy Turkish food and my preferred tipple would probably be a glass of red wine. I love spending time with family and friends and enjoy visiting museums and galleries and going on country walks (usually via a café or pub!). I don’t like heights.

My childhood dream job was to be an archaeologist and unearth something interesting! If I found myself on a desert island, I would be happy provided I had a solar kettle and lifetime supply of tea!
