Get a free Will and support a good cause in the process!

Attwaters Jameson Hill is very proud to be supporting the Essex & Herts Air Ambulance charity, during Will Month 2020. As one of the charity’s participating solicitors, we’ll be assisting individuals over the age of 55 to draw up a Will free of charge during the whole month of October, in exchange for a donation.

Essex & Herts Air Ambulance saves lives by delivering a first-class pre-hospital emergency medical service to people living in Essex, Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas. However, like so many charities during the COVID-19 pandemic, its income has been affected by the cancellation of important fundraising events and falling donations. With winter around the corner and a national health crisis still very much present, supporting the charity has never been more urgent. Now, we’re offering the opportunity for you to help them while also helping yourself.

All you need to do is make and attend an appointment with one of our professional Wills & Probate solicitors during October and we will waive our usual Will writing fees. The charity suggests a donation of £100 for a simple Will and £150 for a simple pair of mirror Wills*, which we will collect on their behalf. We will write your Will according to your wishes – there is no obligation to leave a gift to Essex & Herts Air Ambulance, nor will the charity receive any information about the contents of your Will, your name or address.

Will Month 2020 comes at the end of a year in which we have all learned the importance of recording our wishes and ensuring our family is provided for. Nobody’s health is infallible and we all now know that the unexpected can strike at any time. So please contact us during Will Month to set your mind at rest and support an excellent cause in the process! Appointments are limited and will be offered on a first come, first served basis – so don’t delay!

*The Will Month offer covers simple Wills or a simple pair of mirror Wills. For more complex Wills, we may have to pre-agree an additional fee with you.
