Attwaters Partner receives the Law Society’s Family Law accreditation

We are proud to announce that Stephanie Holmes, a respected Partner in Attwaters Jameson Hill’s Family Law department, has received the Law Society’s Family Law Accreditation.

The Family Law Accreditation covers all types of family law work and is a recognised quality standard for family law practitioners. It means that Stephanie’s clients can rest assured that they have access to the highest level of expertise for their matter, no matter how complex it may be.

Stephanie, who began her career at Attwaters as an Office Junior before climbing her way up the ranks, received the prestigious Accreditation due to her high level of competence and knowledge in family law. To receive the Accreditation, a practitioner must prove that they have at least 1,000 chargeable hours of general litigation experience over the last three years, in addition to 350 chargeable hours of family law experience over the last five.

Stephanie commented: “I am delighted that my experience has been recognised with the Law Society’s Family Law Accreditation. Due to the nature of what I do, many of my clients are in an extremely vulnerable and emotional position when they come to me. If having this Accreditation provides even one client with some reassurance and peace of mind at a stressful time in their lives, then all the effort is worth it!”
