Attwaters Jameson Hill Achieves Re-accreditation by Law Society’s Clinical Negligence Panel
We are delighted to announce that our Partner and Head of Medical Negligence, Madeline Seibert, has once again been re-accredited by the Law Society’s Clinical Negligence Panel, affirming that both she and the Medical Negligence team continue to demonstrate the highest standards of competence and knowledge in this area of law.
The accreditation scheme was created to enable the public to easily identify specialist practitioners in the field, giving prospective clients the ability to locate excellent lawyers who conform to a best practice quality mark they can trust. Re-accreditation to the Panel offers confirmation that Madeline continues to keep herself completely up-to-date with changes in the law, practice and procedure.
Madeline is of course thrilled by the news:
“Medical Negligence is a fast-moving and ever-changing area of the law, and as specialist practitioners we all have to work hard to keep up-to-date with the latest legal developments”, she says.
“This re-accreditation demonstrates to our clients that both myself and the Medical Negligence department at Attwaters Jameson Hill continue to display the legal expertise, skill and knowledge required to successfully manage what are often extremely difficult and emotionally charged cases, and which also demand the highest levels of sensitivity and empathy from our lawyers.”
The re-accreditation is a further mark of excellence for Madeline in what has been a very successful few months for her. She also recently achieved standout results in the latest Chambers & Partners rankings, when she was recognised as a Band 1 practitioner, while the prestigious Legal 500 directory commended her for bringing “huge experience, professionalism and empathy” to the Medical Negligence department.
