Amy Kirchin
My professional background
I joined Attwaters Jameson Hill in September 2024 as a Solicitor in the Wills, Trusts & Probate team. I specialise in a wide range of private client matters, including probate and the administration of estates, Inheritance Tax advice, and preparing Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Prior to joining Attwaters, I studied Law and Criminology at the University of Lincoln, graduating in 2018. I then completed my Legal Practice Course and obtained a Masters from the University of Law in 2021. After completing my training contract, I qualified as a Solicitor in 2023.
I enjoy the variety of my role and meeting with clients to provide advice and support.
About me
I grew up in Hemel Hempstead, where I lived with my mum, dad and sister. I now live with my partner.
My favourite food would have to be a good Italian. I enjoy going for long walks and exploring the countryside – as long as I can find a nice spot for a coffee and slice of chocolate cake to break things up a bit! I also have a fear of birds – no idea why!
Growing up, I dreamed of becoming a writer – I was mostly inspired by Jacqueline Wilson! I also toyed with the idea of becoming a detective. If I found myself on a desert island, I’d be happy as long as I could play some music.
