We acted on behalf of a young lady who received poor dental care resulting in extensive private treatment being required. The client received a 5 figure sum by way of compensation for the negligent treatment by her dentist.

Successfully pursued a claim against a dentist who carried out extensive dental work on our client that he was not qualified to do as a result of which our client incurred very significant expense for this treatment and will now need ongoing dental care as a consequence of the treatment. This claim was settled for substantial damages.
